Terms and conditions: Digital Services:
Digital marketing: We provide a range of digital marketing services, including email marketing, affiliate marketing, and display advertising, to help our clients reach their target audience and drive conversions.
Social media marketing: We help our clients build and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, by creating engaging content and managing social media campaigns.

Search engine optimization: We help our clients improve their website’s visibility on search engines by implementing best practices for on-page and off-page optimization, such as keyword research, link building, and meta tag optimization.
Web development: We offer web development services, including website design and development, e-commerce development, and CMS integration, to help our clients create a professional and user-friendly online presence.
Graphic design: We provide a range of graphic design services, including logo design, brochure design, and packaging design, to help our clients create a professional and visually appealing brand image for their small businesses.
Terms and Conditions:
Contract: The following terms and conditions form our services contract which all clients agree to when they purchase any of our products or services. Get Digital Pakistan reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice unless required by law.
Payment: Payment for our services must be made in full before the start of any project. We accept payment via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any of our services as all services are provided based on custom requirements.
Cancellation: You may cancel a project at any time, but please note that no refunds will be given for any work started up to the point when the refund was requested using our given contact options and in working hours on working days.
Ownership: Upon completion of a project, ownership of all work created by us will be transferred to the client. This does not include our processes, drafts, ideas, SOPs, or any other intellectual property that we create, utilize, amend, modify during the provision of services to the client. The client is only entitled to all rights and privileges of the finished end product.
Confidentiality: We will not disclose any information about our clients or their projects without their express permission. We may use excerpts or samples of work to populate our portfolio and for marketing purposes. Our ability to enforce confidentiality is determined on and by the NDAs our employees and contractors sign with us.
Liability: Get Digital Pakistan will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the services provided. The client indemnifies Get Digital Pakistan of all liability.
In no event shall Get Digital Pakistan’s liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service and in no event shall any compensation sought be the client be in anything other than in monetary terms.
Furthermore, Get Digital Pakistan will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content or information provided, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Get Digital Pakistan harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from or related to the use of the services provided.
Revision: Get Digital Pakistan will only conduct minor changes after the completion of the order, subject to discussion with our sales team. Any major changes or revisions to the agreed scope of work will be subject to additional charges.
“Get Digital Pakistan” reserves the right to determine whether any changes made to deliverables are considered minor or major. This entails we have the discretion to decide the extent of the changes and how they will impact our clients and customers.
This allows the company to make necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible experience for their users, while also maintaining their standards and objectives.
By reserving this right, Get Digital Pakistan is able to maintain control over the quality and consistency of their services, while also being able to adapt and evolve with the changing needs of their customers.
Terms and conditions: Digital Products:
1. No Exchange or Refund Policy: Get Digital Pakistan does not offer exchanges or refunds for any digital products purchased from us.
2. Ownership: Upon purchasing a digital product such as a domain or hosting service from Get Digital Pakistan, the customer acknowledges that Get Digital Pakistan retains ownership authority over the product which allows us to manage it on behalf of the customer. In the event that the customer wishes to transfer ownership, a fee may be applicable.
3. No Responsibility for Suspended Hosting: Get Digital Pakistan will not be held responsible for any suspensions of hosting services due to unethical/illegal activities or activities that violate Get Digital Pakistan’s, or the hosting provider’s TOS, T&C, or any other terms that are required by either party before their services can be availed.
4. Maintenance Services: Get Digital Pakistan will provide necessary maintenance services for hosting, but will not provide cPanel access for the websites or web apps it creates for its clients unless requested by the client in which case additional charges shall apply.
By purchasing a digital product from Get Digital Pakistan, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
At Get Digital Pakistan, we offer a variety of digital solutions for clients in Pakistan, including web designing, web development, graphic designing, digital marketing, social media marketing, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and various other services in the digital and IoT realm.
As our services are intangible, delivered electronically, and built according to custom requirements in all cases, we do not offer refunds once the service has begun. We strongly recommend that clients carefully review their purchase before submitting an order.

By purchasing our services, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to our no-refund policy.
As our services are digital, non-tangible products and services that are delivered electronically, there is no physical shipment involved. Instead, the services will be delivered to the email address and/or WhatsApp number provided at the time of the contract.
After the purchase is made, we will confirm the order and then begin work on the service. We will send the service to the provided email address or WhatsApp number once it is completed.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the service and the workload of our team. We will make every effort to deliver the service as soon as possible.
